1- The righteous Zarθuštra asked Ahura Mazdā: “Why do the people hold the day of Hurdād, the month of Fravardīn higher, better and more esteemed?”
2- Ahura Mazdā answered: “O’ Spitama Zaraθuštra! On the day of Hurdād, the month of Fravardīn, I created the souls of the worldly beings.
3- On the day of Hurdād, the month of Fravardīn, the Iranians were distinguished from the non-Iranians.
4- On the day of Hurdād, the month of Fravardīn, Gaya Marǝtan came to appearance in the world.
5- On the day of Hurdād, the month of Fravardīn, Gaya Marǝtan killed Arzūr.
6- On the day of Hurdād, the month of Fravardīn, Maṣya and Maṣyānī grew from the earth.
7- On the day of Hurdād, the month of Fravardīn, Haośyaŋha the Paraδāta came to appearance in the world.
8- On the day of Hurdād, the month of Fravardīn, Taxma Urupi mounted the wicked Aṇgra Mainyu for thirty years.
9- On the day of Hurdād, the month of Fravardīn, Yima made the world deathless and ageless.
10- On the day of Hurdād, the month of Fravardīn, Yima took the law of Measure from hell and it appeared in the world.
11- On the day of Hurdād, the month of Fravardīn, Yima destroyed the ossuaries and ordered the people to destroy them. When they saw the order of Yima, they made that day the new year’s day and named it Nōgrōz.
12- On the day of Hurdād, the month of Fravardīn, Ɵraētaona split the world (between his sons.)
13- He gave Rome to Sairima, Turkestan to Tūraca, and Ērānšahr to Airyaca.
14- And he asked for the three daughters of Bādusru the king of Arabs and gave them in marriage to his sons.
15- Sairima and Tūraca became disobedient to their father and killed their own brother Airyaca.
16- On the day of Hurdād, the month of Fravardīn, Manuš.ciθra emerged to avenge Airyaca and killed Sairima and Tūraca in Airyaca’s revenge.
17- On the day of Hurdād, the month of Fravardīn, Sāma Naire.manah (Sām of heroic heart) killed the demon Sanāvēzag.
18- On the day of Hurdād, the month of Fravardīn, Sāma Naire.manah killed Aži Dahāka.
19- On the day of Hurdād, the month of Fravardīn, Gaya Marǝtan killed Arzūr the devil-spawn.
20- On the day of Hurdād, the month of Fravardīn, Kavi Haosravah son of Syāvaršan killed Fraŋrasyan the Turyan in revenge for his father.
21- On the day of Hurdād, the month of Fravardīn, Kavi Haosravah son of Syāvaršan gloriously went to heaven.
22- On the day of Hurdād, the month of Fravardīn, Manuš.ciθra and the vibrant-arrowed Ariš took back the land from Fraŋrasyan the Turyan.
23- On the day of Hurdād, the month of Fravardīn, Kavi Haosravah son of Syāvaršan gave kingship to Aurvat̰.aspa and himself went to heaven victoriously.
 
24- On the day of Hurdād, the month of Fravardīn, Spitama Zaraθuštra came to meeting and conversation with Ahura Mazdā the lord.
25- On the day of Hurdād, the month of Fravardīn, Spitama Zaraθuštra accepted the Mazdayasnian religion from Ahura Mazdā the lord.
26- On the day of Hurdād, the month of Fravardīn, Kavi Vīštāspa the king accepted the religion from Zaraθuštra.
27- On the day of Hurdād, the month of Fravardīn, eighteen things came to Husrav (II Abarvēz) son of Ohrmazd in eighteen years.
28- On the day of Hurdād, the month of Fravardīn, the majestic Vahrām shall appear.
29- On the day of Hurdād, the month of Fravardīn, Pǝṣ̌ō.tanū son of Vīštāspa will come to Ērānšahr from the Kangdiz fortress and spread the Mazdayasnian religion.
30- On the day of Hurdād, the month of Fravardīn, Uxšyat̰.ǝrǝta son of Zaraθuštra shall come to meeting and conversation with Ahura Mazdā, learn at once the Mazdayasnian religion and memorize it, keep the sun in the middle of the sky at north for ten days and nights and make the people doubtless in the Mazdayasnian religion, and the millennium of Uxšyat̰.ǝrǝta will begin and that of Zaraθuštra will end.
 
 
31- On the day of Hurdād, the month of Fravardīn, Sāma Naire.manah will kill Aži Dahāka and himself sit in the lordship of the seven climes, until Kavi Haosravah comes to meet him and Sāma gives the lordship to Kavi Haosravah.
32- For fifty-seven years, Kavi Haosravah will be king of the seven climes and Saošyaṇt will be his chief priest.
33- After king Vīštāspa is made corporeal, Kavi Haosravah will give the lordship to Vīštāspa and Saošyaṇt will give the chief priesthood to Zaraθuštra.
34- On the day of Hurdād, the month of Fravardīn, Ahura Mazdā the lord begins the resurrection and the final body, and the world will be deathless and ageless and harmless and without adversary.
35- Aṇgra Mainyu, alongside the demons, the lies, devil-spawns, tyrants and evil priests, will be feeble. Āzi the Daēva will devour all demons and lies, and the righteous Sraoša will make feeble Āzi the Daēva.
36- Ahura Mazdā the lord will strike the Aṇgra Mainyu and make him stupefied and feeble.
37- After that neither the Evil Spirit (Aṇgra Mainyu) nor of any of his creations shall be sovereign over the earth.
38- They will lead the Aṇgra Mainyu to the same hole out of which he rushed inside, cut his head off and will fill up hell with the seven metals.
39- This earth shall return to the star-station, and heaven will come back from where it is to the star-station, and everywhere shall be heaven.
40- The people will be deathless and ageless so that from then on they do not require food.
41- If they’ve eaten meat, they’ll be resurrected in their forties. If they haven’t eaten meat, they’ll be resurrected in their age of fifteen years.
 
42- And they’ll raise them in the same place that their soul left their body.
43- Every man who doesn’t have a wife, Spǝṇtā Ārmaiti will give him a woman, and every woman who doesn’t have a husband, Ahura Mazdā will give her a man.
44- In their fifty-seventh year they will have childbirth.
45- That man who never took a wife, and that woman who never took a husband, they shall never have childbirth from then on.
46- Man and woman, one will sleep with the other but they will not have childbirth.
47- And at all times they’ll be well-fed and satisfied, and they’ll have no urge to eat, and the whole world will be pure, and the people without adversaries and until forever and ever immortal.
